E-Transport Reporting Associate

In this role you will be responsible for managing the activity of obtaining the unique UIT codes necessary for each international road transport in the conditions provided by the RO E-Transport legislation.

Position:

As an E-Transport Reporting Associate you will:

• Collaborate with various teams (Spare Parts, Engineering, Quality, Customs), as well as with equipment and spare parts suppliers and carriers to obtain the necessary data for the UIT code issuance
• Manage the data related to international goods transport on the national territory to be uploaded in the ANAF virtual space, in order to obtain the ITU code (via the e-transport platform Expert Supplier) within deadlines and legislation requirements
• Communicate the valid UIT code to the carriers in a timely manner
• Prepare and analyze activity-specific reports

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in supply chain, intra-community procurement and deliveries, or import/export activities 
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Understanding of production processes and supply-chain related activities
• Good communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong team player with a proactive mindset
