Demand & Supply Network Planning Specialist
We are looking for a Demand & Supply Network Planning Specialist to ensure efficient finished goods inventory planning and a strong, reliable product pipeline. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between local teams, Customer Service, factories, and global supply chain partners, supporting sales initiatives while minimizing out-of-stock risks and write-offs.
Position:
As a Demand & Supply Network Planning Specialist, you will:

Own short and long-term finished goods inventory and supply planning, ensuring optimal availability while minimizing out-of-stock, excess stock, and NTM write-offs.

Plan and continuously adjust sales, production, and stock forecasts in line with market demand, initiatives, portfolio changes, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate closely with factories, Customer Service and global supply chain teams to execute forecasts, production plans, and financial planning cycles.

Monitor production, shipments, and inventory risks, proactively identifying issues and driving timely corrective actions.

Maintain accurate product data in local and global planning systems and support Sales Operations as needed.

Deliver clear stock, sales and production performance reporting, supporting portfolio initiatives, launches, and key commercial projects.
Requirements:

University degree in a technical or economic field.

2-3 years of experience in marketing / production planning / supply network / sales / data analysis.

Proficiency in English & Romanian (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

Strong understanding of ERP tools (SAP, Entersoft knowledge represents a plus) and BI.

Good understanding of commercial business models, portfolio, distribution model, sales operations & promotional strategies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
