Corporate Affairs Manager
In this role, you will play a strategic role in shaping and influencing the regulatory and public affairs environment, helping safeguard the company’s business objectives and long‑term market position. You will actively engage with key stakeholders, monitor legislative and policy developments, and support advocacy efforts that minimize commercial risk and strengthen competitiveness.
Position:
As a Corporate Affairs Manager, you will:

Support government relations and advocacy activities aligned with company priorities.

Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, and industry partners.

Monitor legislative, regulatory, and political developments and prepare analyses and briefings.

Draft advocacy materials, including position papers, presentations, and correspondence.

Contribute to stakeholder mapping and engagement planning.

Track public discourse and stakeholder sentiment on key policy topics.

Support internal and external communications related to public policy and regulatory issues.

Represent the company in selected meetings, working groups, and industry forums.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Political Science, Law, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in public affairs, political, or regulatory roles.

Strong understanding of regulatory and public affairs management.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Solid communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive materials.

Strategic thinking and sound business acumen.
-
Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights; finance knowledge and strong numerical skills are a plus.

Fluency in Romanian and English.
