Brand Manager 

 

 

Join our dynamic team and help shape the consumer experience strategy for the Ploom brand. In this role you will drive brand equity, maximize market potential, and deliver impactful consumer experiences. This is an opportunity to lead exciting projects and use your skills to optimize the consumer journey and ensure seamless execution across all our offline touchpoints.    

 

Position:  

 

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Translating brand strategies into effective activities at market level, growing brand equity in line with our objectives;  

  • Contributing to the brand plan shaping & coordinating allocated initiatives' development with key stakeholders; 

  • Managing the initiatives’ performance with focus on the impact and effectiveness of the activation programs, ensuring proper tracking, monitoring and excellency in delivery against set KPIs framework; 

  • Identifying commercial opportunities and priorities, optimizing investment and resource allocation for consumer experience journey stages in scope;  

  • Developing the brand’s communication direction and lead the delivery of all communication deliverables for allocated touchpoints;  

  • Full ownership in managing allocated touchpoints & initiatives from planning up to implementation stage; 

  • Coordinating agencies and collaborating closely with the Marketing & Sales team and rest of functions, ensuring ongoing alignment with all stakeholders involved. 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • University degree;   

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management/Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry; 

  • Proven expertise in brand management, omnichannel activation, market and consumer segmentation, brand and performance indicators, promotional strategies, market research and competitor analysis, with a strong understanding of brand promotion strategies and consumer behavior insights;  

  • Understanding of CRM concepts to analyze consumer data and interactions;   

  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects, focusing on multi-channel activations;  

  • Good business understanding and interest in marketing trends;  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to propose integrated brand plans while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical and business needs;  

  • Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel); 

  • Romanian and English proficiency.
