Brand Manager

 

 

Position:

You will manage the assigned brand and contribute to the development and implementation of the market strategy, including brand portfolio and brand positioning. You will translate the brand strategy into an annual mix of programs and plans to increase brand equity, maximize market share and potential, and improve profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand team in developing the brand portfolio and positioning strategies
  • Contribute to the development of the full marketing mix (product, price, communication and promotion, distribution) to meet brand needs and strengthen brand equity
  • Implement marketing initiatives defined in the brand strategy across points of sale, digital channels, and other touchpoints (e.g., events), in line with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Coordinate the development of commercial activities to ensure strong in-market execution
  • Plan and develop the appropriate mix of digital consumer programs to maximize brand potential
  • Ensure initiative effectiveness, analyze performance,  provide well-founded recommendations on adapting and optimizing the elements of the marketing mix, and continuously reinforce consumer perspectives in decision-making
  • Support brand performance monitoring by preparing market data analyses, reports, charts, presentations, and action proposals for improvementCoordinate the brand budget and related financial exercises with responsibility for planning financial resources for brand marketing activities
  • Manage external vendors and collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with communication strategy, creative standards, and market requirement

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, preferably Marketing
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing / Consumer / Trade Marketing within FMCG
  • Fluency in English; advanced user of MS Office applications
