Brand Management Specialist
What this position is about – Purpose:
In this role, you will contribute to shaping and delivering outstanding consumer experiences across offline channels for our RRP portfolio (Ploom), ensuring strong brand equity growth and commercial impact.
Working closely with the Consumer Experience in Offline Strategy Manager, you will help translate strategy into effective market-level activations, optimizing the offline consumer journey and ensuring all initiatives are consumer-centric, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the consumer experience strategy in offline channels, translating it into impactful activation plans at market level;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of offline activation programs across key touchpoints (e.g., retail, Horeca, pop-ups, events);
- Help optimize the consumer journey (CJ) by leveraging insights, consumer needs, and competitive landscape;
- Coordinate brand activation initiatives end-to-end, including briefing agencies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery;
- Develop and execute brand communication materials for offline channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and legal requirements;
- Monitor and evaluate performance of activation programs, using KPIs and data insights to drive continuous improvement;
- Support budget tracking and ROI optimization for assigned projects and initiatives;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and global teams to ensure smooth execution;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, ideally in FMCG or a similar dynamic environment;
- Experience in consumer activation and offline marketing activities (TTL exposure is a plus);
- Solid understanding of brand management principles (positioning, communication, KPIs, consumer insights);
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and strong ownership;
- Fluent English and good command of MS Office tools.
