Do you have a passion for working with people, building strong teams, and supporting business leaders in achieving their goals? Are you energized by solving complex people challenges while driving engagement and performance?

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring effective implementation of global and local P&C initiatives while managing day-to-day people matters.

You will play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers on all people-related topics, including performance management, employee development, and career planning
  • Support headcount planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization to meet current and future business needs
  • Drive the performance management cycle and facilitate talent calibration and succession discussions
  • Identify development needs and coordinate training and learning initiatives in collaboration with P&C Programs
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits teams to implement corporate P&C initiatives and ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
  • Manage employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive people matters in line with local labor law
  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with JTI policies and local legislation

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR / P&C Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Higher education in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Good knowledge of Kyrgyz labor legislation
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational support
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Fluent in English and Russian
