NCC OPERATIONS MANAGER
 

As a Network and Communication Center (NCC) Operations Manager, you will be at the core of leading and managing the operational readiness of network services to JTI in Philippines and across Asia.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
 

  • You will provide your expertise and commendable service in managing incidents and crisis in close collaboration with service providers' operations teams plus in ensuring proper operational readiness of the new services delivered into production or changes deployed, SLA compliance, and reporting.
  • You will be a project manager by ensuring maximum service availability and health of network services--including Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Internet and Security, Remote Access, Managed Application Delivery Controller, Unified Communications, Call Centers and Video Conferencing.
  • You will manage and monitor performance of all services and make recommendations to the Service Delivery Team for further review and recommendations.

 

YOU ARE:
 

  • A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
  • Experienced in working as a proactive professional with strong IT Telecommunications background.
  • Well-versed and has extensive experience in operating enterprise-wide solutions in a Telecom environment.
  • A project manager who has hands-on experience in SLA management and reporting
  • A commendable leader, a team player, and an excellent communicator with a strong command in English.
