Sales Forecasting and Business Analyst (Temporary role)
Position: The Sales Forecasting & Business Analyst supports business performance through sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The role includes organizing S&OP meetings, consolidating and validating sales data, maintaining reports, and providing regional/global performance updates, while acting as SME for reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze sales data (SAP, distributor reports) and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports.
- Support FCST process with data consolidation, mathematical forecasting, accuracy analysis, and preparation and facilitation of monthl S&OP meetings for Adriatica markets
- Deliver regional and global reporting, including trade inventory updates, revenue recognition, and ad-hoc reports.
- Act as SME for market volume reports, coordinating with GBS teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth Power BI operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social, humanities, or technical sciences.
- 1+ year experience in FMCG (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong sales forecasting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (upper-intermediate).
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), statistics, and financials.
- Knowledge of project management, research, and business insights.
- Power BI skills (nice to have).
