RRP Commercial Engine Analyst Adriatica
This role exists to support the development, optimization, and monitoring of the RRP (Reduced-Risk Products) commercial engine by providing data-driven insights and analytical expertise. The role ensures informed decision-making and supports business growth through performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across markets.
Position:
- Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within RRP business
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting commercial engine performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Prepares and implements analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize brand, commercial, and consumer performance, including sales, market share, and ROI of trade and marketing investments
- Owns end-to-end visibility of commercial, consumer, and investment KPIs, ensuring clear linkage between activities, spend, and business outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and data quality within the commercial engine
- Provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making and business performance
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within an international FMCG environment
- Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools, particularly Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work with CRM systems and make effective use of advanced analytics tools to generate data-driven insights
- Solid understanding of reporting automation, data processing, and dashboard development
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Clear and effective communication skills, including presenting insights to partners
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
