Rewards Specialist Adriatica
As a Rewards Specialist, you will support the delivery of compensation, payroll, and HR administration processes across export markets. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and smooth execution of HR operations.
Position
- Handle employee documentation and HR data across export markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local legal requirements
- Support end-to-end payroll processes, including coordination with external providers and preparation of compensation-related documentation
- Prepare and maintain HR reports (e.g. headcount, labor costs), supporting budgeting and variance analysis in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and local legislation, maintaining high standards of data quality and process consistency
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in HR, payroll, or finance (nice to have)
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and good organization
- Comfortable working with data and processes
