Rewards Specialist

 

 

 

Position

 

We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to manage payroll, compensation & benefits processes and SAP HR data for Adriatica markets while supporting the Rewards Manager Adriatica.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation for export markets in compliance with Rewards policies and local legislation
  • Maintain and update HR data and employee lifecycle changes in SAP HR
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze labor cost budgets, monthly reports, and cost variances in close cooperation with Finance
  • Support salary surveys and Annual Salary Review processes for export markets
  • Collaborate with Finance and external payroll providers
  • Provide backup support for job offers and core HR administration and personnel documentation

 

 

Requirements

 

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or humanities
  • Preferably ~1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office skills
  • SAP HR knowledge
