Rewards Specialist
Position
We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to manage payroll, compensation & benefits processes and SAP HR data for Adriatica markets while supporting the Rewards Manager Adriatica.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation for export markets in compliance with Rewards policies and local legislation
- Maintain and update HR data and employee lifecycle changes in SAP HR
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze labor cost budgets, monthly reports, and cost variances in close cooperation with Finance
- Support salary surveys and Annual Salary Review processes for export markets
- Collaborate with Finance and external payroll providers
- Provide backup support for job offers and core HR administration and personnel documentation
Requirements
- College or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or humanities
- Preferably ~1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- MS Office skills
- SAP HR knowledge
