Who you are

We are searching for a final year undergraduate or graduate student who is people‑oriented, organized, and a great team player. Being familiar with MS Office is desirable. English is a necessity.

 

Your impact

  • Talent Management: keep basic talent records up to date, help with scheduling and logistics for development activities
  • Talent Attraction: help craft job ads, coordinate interview scheduling, communicate with candidates, and support employer branding content.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: assist with planning and promoting D&I initiatives, awareness moments, and inclusive internal communications.
  • Internal gatherings: onboarding sessions, and community meet‑ups; manage invites, agendas, logistics, and feedback.
  • P&C administration: support day‑to‑day tasks (meeting coordination, document preparation, tracking spreadsheets, purchase requests, and filing) to keep operations running smoothly.

 

What you’ll learn to do

  • Understand the basics of Talent Management: maintain data accuracy, support simple development activities.
  • Grow in Talent Attraction: gain hands‑on experience in candidate coordination, employer branding, and great candidate experience.
  • Put D&I into practice: translate inclusion principles into events and communications that foster belonging.
  • Run effective events: plan, execute, and evaluate internal gatherings with checklists and post‑event learnings.
  • Build operational excellence in P&C: communicate with stakeholders, manage priorities.
