Lead Metrix Manager

Position: The role exists to oversee the LeadMetrix solution at market level, ensuring effective coordination with the local team and HQ, and transforming data into actionable market insights. The position supports the alignment of market-specific KPIs with global guidelines, mitigates risks through proactive collaboration, and initiates improvement actions that strengthen local performance and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the ongoing management and maintenance of the LeadMetrix solution in close cooperation with HQ and local stakeholders
• Identify risks related to solution implementation and operations and secure timely remediation support
• Oversee the ongoing management and maintenance of the LeadMetrix solution in close cooperation with HQ and local stakeholders, while proactively identifying risks related to solution implementation and operations and ensuring timely remediation support
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to refine driver classifications and reflect evolving consumer expectations
• Identify, initiate, and monitor market improvement projects based on generated insights

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in business, marketing, economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally within an FMCG environment
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with large data sets
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of statistics, research methodologies, and project management
• Fluent English and Serbian communication skills
• Experience in strong collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders, with proven flexibility and ability to persuade and influence others
