Customer Service & Logistics Associate

 

 

The aim of this role is to provide professional service to our customers before, during, and after the purchase process, with an emphasis on handling orders and claims efficiently and courteously.
This is a fixed-term position for a period of two years. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform all assigned responsibilities for the Adriatica market.
  • Process orders efficiently and precisely to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve credit or pricing issues and assist customers with pricing, availability, or alternatives.
  • Ensure billing and sales documents align with processes and legal requirements.
  • Keep the official price list updated per finance inputs and maintain administration per regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date warehouse records.
  • Provide Excise calculations from SAP and prepare reports for state authorities.
  • Create SAP purchase requests for the OPEX Budget, track budget status, and perform GRs.
  • Support the Budget Coordinator with PRs, GR posting, and month-end closing.
  • Handle distributor complaints and ensure resolution per company policies.
  • Manage assigned tasks and projects (e.g., sales documentation, shipment monitoring for exports).

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, sales, customer service, or administration.
  • Serbian: fluent; English: upper-intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP S/4HANA.
