Digital Trade Engagement Junior Manager

Position: In this role, will support the execution, stability, and development of our digital trade solutions across the Adriatica region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth platform performance, support digital activation initiatives, and contribute to the development of digital tools for our retail partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of digital trade tools used in Adriatica markets.
• Perform testing, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with technical and business teams.
• Manage selected digital functionalities supporting trade promotions and engagement.
• Collaborate with Consumer & Trade Activation, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams on enhancing digital activation processes.
• Monitor platform performance, prepare reports, and support field teams in effective platform usage.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or college degree.
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication.
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Background in loyalty programs or other digital solutions.
• Strong computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of commercial processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
