Job Title: Digital Ecommerce Operations Manager

Digital Ecommerce Operations Manager 

 

 

Purpose: As the Digital Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will lead JTI’s e-commerce websites and ensure it becomes best in class within markets. You will coordinate the end-to-end development, execution, and continuous improvement of all e-commerce and website operations. Working closely with external agencies, brand teams, HQ, marketplace vendors, and the market digital team, you will ensure seamless consumer touchpoints and a cohesive digital ecosystem that drives revenue for JTI brands. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead continuous development and optimization of JTI’s e-commerce websites to drive revenue and competitive advantage. 

  • Run website stock via PIM, ensuring accurate forecasting and preventing out-of-stock situations. 

  • Oversee SEO, UX/UI improvements, and website functionality enhancements. 

  • Plan and implement e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns aligned with market strategy and global guidelines. 

  • Lead external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth website operations, timely delivery, and budget compliance. 

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand, HQ, Digital) to ensure an integrated consumer journey. 

  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide regular reporting with recommendations for continuous improvement. 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital or equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years in Marketing and 2+ years in e-commerce operations

  • Essential technical expertise in OMS (Order Management Systems), integrations with local systems, and payment gateway integrations. 

  • Strong skills in SEO, UX/UI, website content management, and digital marketing campaign execution. 

  • Solid project management capability and strong commercial awareness. 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Magento preferred, and familiarity with Builder.io and JIRA considered an advantage. 

  • Excellent communication and proven cross‑functional collaboration skills. 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
