Category Manager Services 

 

 

Position: The role exists to support managing procurement activities for the relevant category within the local scope, in line with Cluster and Global category strategies. The position acts as a category liaison for the Cluster Category Manager and contributes to value creation through effective sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and strong business partnership.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Support execution of category strategies across services such as Facility Management, Car Fleet, Professional Services, Warehouse and Logistic Services
  • Apply Category Management principles and coordinate local implementation plans aligned with Cluster and Global directions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies including supplier selection, price modeling, and supplier performance management
  • Participate in financial planning and deliver savings and value within the assigned scope
  • Drive ad hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage supplier relationship management with key local suppliers in coordination with Global, Regional, and Cluster stakeholders
  • Ensure strong business connectivity and collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Share market intelligence, identify trends, and contribute to risk assessments and contingency planning 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management in a multinational environment
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Strong ownership mindset with high standards of compliance and ethics
