Category Manager Services
Position: The role exists to support managing procurement activities for the relevant category within the local scope, in line with Cluster and Global category strategies. The position acts as a category liaison for the Cluster Category Manager and contributes to value creation through effective sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and strong business partnership.
In this role, you will:
- Support execution of category strategies across services such as Facility Management, Car Fleet, Professional Services, Warehouse and Logistic Services
- Apply Category Management principles and coordinate local implementation plans aligned with Cluster and Global directions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies including supplier selection, price modeling, and supplier performance management
- Participate in financial planning and deliver savings and value within the assigned scope
- Drive ad hoc cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier relationship management with key local suppliers in coordination with Global, Regional, and Cluster stakeholders
- Ensure strong business connectivity and collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Share market intelligence, identify trends, and contribute to risk assessments and contingency planning
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in category management in a multinational environment
- Business proficiency in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Strong ownership mindset with high standards of compliance and ethics
