Consumer & Trade Activation Associate
About the Role
We’re looking for a Consumer & Trade Activation Associate to support the planning and execution of 360° brand activations and trade programs. In this role, you’ll coordinate campaigns across online and offline channels, manage POSM and promotional materials, monitor budgets, and ensure smooth collaboration with agencies and internal teams. You’ll be at the center of brand visibility efforts, making sure our strategies come to life with excellence.
What you will do
- Support in the preparation and execution of brand campaigns
- Knowledge and application of TPOSM and merchandising standards to improve product visibility and sales
- Administrative monitoring of budget documentation
- Comminication with external partners (agencies, suppliers) and internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to secure timely, aligned execution
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree, with 1 year of relevant experience in consumer, trade, or visibility activation, considered an advantage
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Team spirit and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Good English
