- Optimize and support automation systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, KNX, CAN bus, Profibus, ProfiNet).
- Modify and debug software for production machinery and enhance MES systems.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of SCADA, PLCs, DCS, BMS, and other IACS.
- Implement robustification measures and conduct regular audits with proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards across all departments.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams for process alignment.
- Promote cross-functional communication and support for automation initiatives.
- Comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, and internal regulations.
- Demonstrate safe behavior and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineeering (Automatic Control and Robotics) or any related Automation or IT related course
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with background in Project management.
- Experience in tobacco industry is an advantage.
- Good project management skills and structured when working on projects.
- Good problem solving skills for technical problems.
- Good knowledge on local and global standards.
- Excellent command of speaking and writing English language, with clear & assertive communication skills
