Department: MP Filter Line
Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas
What you will do
- Support filter-making and boxing operations to maintain continuous production flow.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace (5S).
- Participate in improvement initiatives and communicate effectively with the team.
- Perform assigned tasks in compliance with EHS standards and company policies.
Who we are looking for
- High school or vocational graduate preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
- Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.
- Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.
