Reporting to: Sales Director 

Logistics Specialist

Support Thailand Sales team in logistics activities by focusing on Import permit, excise tax stamp purchase, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, order management, transportation to ensure sufficient and optimal stock for sales distribution. Monitor and keep track on 3PL's performance to match with JTI standard and requirements.

As the Logistics Specialist you will:

1) Logistics Activities

• Manage and Supervise 3PLs for warehousing, domestic transportation, and customs clearance broker, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics activities including shipments, inventory, receiving, customer deliveries and returns.
• Coordinate with Demand & Supply Planning to manage inventory issues (out of stock, obsolete, new product transition, quality concerns)
• Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, cycle count, space utilization, stock taking and stock reconciliation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis including all required reports.
• Work with Sales Support and Accounting team on order to cash (O2C) process.
• Execute delivery plan to achieve OTIF (On-time-in-full) target while optimize related costs.
• Manage customs documentation, import permits, and broker coodination to ensure smooth customs clearance. 

2) Material Control [Excise Tax stamp]

• Manage timely procurement, handling, and export of excise tax stamps to overseas factories

3) Project [Track and Trace - Excise tax stamp] 

• Lead Track & Trace (Excise Tax Stamp) implementation and warehouse process design (Safety, Security, Quality and etc) in line with JTI standards.
• Supervise working team to operate T&T project as per warehouse processes

4) Other (if applicable) 

• Prepare Logistics budgets.
• Coordinate with Global Logistics/GBS on freight and carrier selection.
• Act as a key contact for JTI Quality Management System (QMS) and raise logistics related matters.
• Perform additional logistics task as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant
• Minimum 3-5 years in Logistics
• Experience with excise tax stamp management, import permits, and customs processes is an advantage
• Native Thai, Intermediate English 
• Logistics, Warehouse, Order management, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and disciplined in compliance and documentation
