Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Duration: 12 months (Part time, 0.5 FTE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern, who will support the Trade Marketing team in executing in-store and channel initiatives aimed at improving brand visibility, execution quality, and commercial performance across retail channels.

This role provides hands-on exposure to trade marketing processes, cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing), and analytical work, offering a strong foundation for a future career in commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of trade marketing initiatives across retail channels
• Assist in tracking in-store execution, visibility standards, and promotional compliance
• Support coordination between Trade Marketing, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Help manage POSM materials (ordering, distribution tracking, inventory support)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
