Sales Trainer
This role plays a key part in strengthening our sales capabilities and elevating salesforce effectiveness across the market. The role will drive initiatives, implement best‑in‑class standards, and support continuous development for the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve sales capability standards, systems, and processes. Review, design, and implement sales capability frameworks aligned with market business strategies. Continuously enhance Sales Capability Development tools, methodologies, and routines in close collaboration with Sales teams.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to improve operational effectiveness. Work closely with the Sales Management Team to design and drive initiatives that enhance RTM efficiency, operational excellence, and sales capabilities. Lead and contribute to Sales Force evaluations and participate in Caucasus‑wide projects aimed at strengthening the overall sales function.
- Manage motivational tools and programs. Design and support motivational initiatives for the Sales team to drive performance and engagement.
- Lead Training & Development processes for the Sales Team. Ensure a clear, transparent, and effective T&D system, including full ownership of planning and execution of professional preparation, workshops, seminars, and conferences for all sales departments.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights. Track sales KPIs, identify gaps, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve overall effectiveness.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Business or Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
- At least 1 year of successful managerial experience
- Previous experience in training or capability development is advantage
- Experience leading cross-functional projects is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in the local language(s) of responsibility
- Intermediate English; Russian is an advantage
- Strong MS Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
- Valid driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience
