RRP E-Commerce Specialist, Azerbaijan
Position Overview:
The RRP E-Commerce Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the e-commerce strategy for RRP portfolio, which includes optimizing product assortment, promo pricing, and promotions to drive conversions and ensure a healthy profit margin in the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and deploys comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall company goals and objectives for the specific market, including identifying the most suitable online sales channels;
- Management of e-commerce multi-channel and its optimization;
- Leads and collaborates on developing and executing localized digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the e-commerce store across all channels, social media platforms and etc.;
- Works closely with development, UX/UI and analytics teams to improve site performance, conversion funnels, checkout experience, and personalization logic;
- Leads technical integration between the e-commerce platform and key systems (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, logistics providers,analytics platforms);
- Defines e-commerce KPIs, ensures data accuracy, reporting and insight generation to support commercial and technical decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce direction within FMCG or highly regulated industries, with exposure to platform development and integrations;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture, including CMS, APIs, payment systems, order management, CRM and third-party service integrations;
- Demonstrated experience in growing online sales and profitability for an e-commerce store and experience managing and optimizing a company's e-commerce website on a leading platform;
- Required knowledge of languages as: Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website optimization techniques (SEO, conversion rate optimization), and content management systems (CMS);
- Excellent in marketing analytics tools, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, interpersonal skills, strong management skills, clearly communicate complex e-commerce data and insights to stakeholders.
