Trade Marketer (Attica)

 

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join JTI GreCyMa as a Trade Marketer based in Athens.

Position:


As a Trade Marketer, you will:

  • Achieve annual targets for volume, distribution, call plans, and merchandising standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, agents, and competition to implement effective trade activities.
  • Manage agents and retailers, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ensure brand availability through regular visits and maintaining distribution.
  • Increase brand visibility at POS by applying JTI's merchandising guidelines and placing POSM (Point Of Sales Materials)  effectively.
  • Use IT tools for customer profiling, reporting, and data analysis to support trade activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken business Greek and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Valid car driving license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactivity,  working independently and setting priorities in your area of responsibility


In 6 months you will

 

  • Build strong relationships with agents and retailers, while achieving key volume, distribution, and merchandising targets in your territory.
  • Effectively manage trade activities through data analysis, IT tools, and feedback to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
