Digital Solutions Manager



The Digital Solutions Manager will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring seamless digital solutions across all business functions. This role will consolidate requirements, translate user needs into new features, and safeguard the omnichannel experience. Additionally, they will manage bug backlogs, oversee new requests, and drive feature activations. A key focus will be on data strategy and governance, ensuring data quality, compliance, and integration with global models. The role will also drive data standardization, taxonomy alignment, and maintenance processes to enhance data-driven decision-making and marketing activations.


The role: 

 

As a Digital Solutions Manager you will: 

  •  Act as the strategic bridge between business and IT teams, consolidating requirements to ensure digital solutions enhance the omnichannel customer experience.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital solutions, from requirement gathering and vendor coordination to implementation, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  •  Define and maintain local data standards (taxonomy), quality rules, and target scores, ensuring alignment with global models. Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance, security, and proper classification of consumer data.
  • Act as the single point of contact for consumer data domains, driving data cleansing processes, maintaining local and global critical data, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
  •  Develop and manage business analytics dashboards, transforming platform data into actionable insights that fuel strategic marketing activations and business decisions.
  • Ensure digital solutions are technically feasible, interoperable, and optimized for automation, while continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  •  Coordinate partners to troubleshoot technical challenges, manage escalations, and optimize collaboration between business and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Within 6 months you will: 

 

  • Build a solid understanding of data models, governance frameworks, and digital solution architecture, and confidently lead discussions on system integration and cross-platform alignment.
  • Lead the execution of digital initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.


Requirements: 

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  •  3+ years of experience in digital product management, project management of business solutions or application.
  •  Experience in data governance, data modelling, or analytics is a strong plus.
  •  Solid understanding of solution design, architecture (business applications, IT infrastructure), and interface design.
  •  Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
  •  Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data integration, APIs, and system interoperability.
  •  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences 
  •  Good organization, with a strong teamwork approach and self-drive 
  •  Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
