DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE (SHORT-TERM)

Position
The Digital Solutions Associate contributes to the development and evolution of digital capabilities that meet cross-functional needs. Collects and consolidates requirements to support the rollout of new features, ensuring a smooth and consistent omnichannel experience. Ensures adherence to data standards and takes ownership of incident resolution processes. Supports reporting activities that drive effective performance monitoring.
What will you do?
- Collect input from business teams to help shape digital enhancements that align with user needs and business priorities.
- Support the coordination and execution of new features or system changes, including documentation, testing, and user feedback.
- Monitor and manage backlog of reported issues or improvement requests, helping to facilitate timely resolution, system stability and capabilities acceleration.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and reliable data by ensuring compliance with defined data standards and following processes for validation and clean-up.
- Assist in creating report summaries and dashboards that provide meaningful insights from platform and customer data.
- Work closely with business teams and IT to support smooth implementation of digital tools, helping ensure alignment and continuity.
- Introduce ways to enhance existing digital workflows, reduce manual work, and improve user journey.
Within 6 months, you will:
- Contribute to the successful rollout of new digital features and omnichannel capabilities ensuring a smooth user experience across channels.
- Strengthen data quality and compliance by actively participating in data validation and clean-up efforts
- Take the lead on resolving reported issues to enhance system stability and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Business, Data, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital role or enterprise data management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
- Understanding of agile methodology and confident use of project tracking and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of best practices in digital consumer experience.
- Familiarity with solution design and architecture is a strong plus.
- Well-organized, with a collaborative mindset and strong self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
