Consumer and Trade Activation Associate (Horeca & Own Retail)

A Consumer and Trade Activation Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of Consumer activation in Horeca & Own retail touchpoints, along with the established brand objectives.
Position:
As a Consumer and Trade Activation Associate you will:
- Support the Horeca & Own Retail touchpoint manager in implementing the activation programs.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CRM tools to record activation attributes for all offline touchpoints accurately. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure tools are updated with the latest developments within JTI and the market.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process, for the consumer and trade activation team, performing all daily tasks while ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Facilitate and ensure compliance in venue contract handling, including tobacco licensing and payment process management.
- Efficiently manage the inventory of all required materials and products for Horeca & Own Retail touchpoint execution. Monitor stock levels and ensure reconciliation processes align with internal policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and execute purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts for the respective touchpoints.
Within 6 months you will:
- Master the development and optimization of CRM tools
- Understand the consumer activation specifics in Horeca and Own Retail channel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / - related courses
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in marketing or data analysis in FMCG
- Experience in developing and maintaining CRM tools for activation recording
- Detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with robust communication, interpersonal skills
