We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Marketing Engagement & Activation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of approved marketing engagement and activation programs across various channels, ensuring smooth implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage marketing engagement and activation initiatives according to project plans.

Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Legal, CA&C, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely approvals and alignment.

Manage third-party briefings and oversee field execution, monitoring standards and collecting feedback.

Provide necessary marketing materials and incentives, ensuring availability and timely delivery.

Prepare regular updates, mid-project reviews, and final reports for all stakeholders.

Support the selection of strategic locations and platforms for brand visibility.

Lead ad-hoc marketing activations in response to evolving business needs.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:

Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure efficient data flow in accordance with internal standards.

Guarantee transparent and reliable reporting accessible to all key stakeholders.

Manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines and shifting priorities.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.

Strong organizational abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with corporate compliance processes and local regulations is a plus.
