Working as Supply Chain Process Coordinator at JTI

As part of the Dutch Supply Chain team, you will be able to develop your professional and personal skills as of day one. Together with our international, enthusiastic and committed team, you will challenge your planning, analytical, and social capabilities rapidly. Working in the Dutch Supply Chain department requires cooperation with different functions and levels, which gives you the perfect opportunity to develop a broad perspective and understanding of our organization and the business environment.

The Supply Chain Process Coordinator works closely together with the other Supply Chain colleagues and our Field Sales people. You will manage all processes (SAP vs Siebel vs WMS) related to ordering, invoicing, deliveries and stock positions of field force depots (e.g. O2C support on invoice issues, process control & master data maintenance, Track & Trace monitoring, problem solving and reporting).  

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stock mamagement: Assure alignment between administrative stock in SAP/WMS/Siebel vs. physical stock at the warehouse and storage depots.
  • SAP order-to-cash (O2C): Consist of order fulfillment, deliveries, invoicing, returns and credit notes
  • Portfolio accuracy and reporting: Maintain an accurate portfolio for external stakeholders
  • Process control: The O2C process subject to various J-SOX controls
  • Administrative tasks: Support with department financials, check invoices, postings and basic analysis

  • Completed an Higher Vocational Education;
  • Have 2 years or more work experience within Order-2-Cash;
  • Are "IT smart" as you will work with different IT systems, like Excel, SAP, Siebel
  • Are native Dutch (MUST!) and fluent oral and written in English;
  • Are interested in working in an international business environment;
