Are you ready to dive into one of today's most dynamic industries? Our 18-month Traineeship offers you the perfect launchpad into the fast-paced world of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), packed with responsibilities, challenges, and endless growth opportunities.
The graduate will rotate every 6 months across three sub-functions: Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, and Merchandising, gaining hands-on experience while supporting key projects and initiatives. This initiative aligns with our long-term strategic objectives and aims to build a future talent pipeline while addressing immediate team needs.
Your Adventure Begins Here:
Trade Marketing
Work in close collaboration on an operational level with the total M&S community and other supporting functions to ensure alignment on the planning and execution of the assigned programs and activities. Support micromarketing approaches, area targeting, and set up initiatives to support the sales force. Manage trade communications, including agency briefs, trade shows, random acts of kindness, and portal content. Successfully implement trade marketing initiatives and receive positive feedback from the sales force.
Merchandising
Effectively manage merchandising support activities and demonstrate adaptability to market growth trends. Conduct market reviews and support the rollout of new merchandising concepts in response to the growing number of stores. Support POS merchandise programs, including day-to-day supplier coordination, project planning, back office support, and optimal execution in close cooperation with Marketing & Sales.
Sales Planning
Support Sales and Brand programs, ensuring effective execution and capacity planning, while maintaining accurate dashboards and product masterfiles. Support territory coverage strategies while maintaining accurate data and effective execution plans.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education: HBO, WO, or bachelor’s degree
