Electrical Specialist

 

Position:

 

As the Electronics Specialist in the Global Supply Chain department, you will:

  • Ensure continuity of the technological process by operating machines within prescribed electrical parameters and diagnosing issues in machinery.
  • Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Monitor and report electrical downtimes and process stabilization.
  • Address electrical and electronic issues, taking preventive action against nonconformities and ensuring sensors function properly.
  • Support cleanliness and organization of the production area per ISO 9001 standards.
  • Adhere to technological discipline, workplace safety standards, and EHS rules as provided by the EHS Officer.
  • Participate in job rotation, internal certification programs, and team development initiatives such as EHS tasks and quality sensor monitoring.
  • Manage special projects and assignments as directed by management, including technical reporting and implementing MIC.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry or fast-paced production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC systems (e.g., Omron, Siemens, TwinCAT 3).
  • Familiarity with HMI and SCADA systems and ability to troubleshoot motor drives and motion systems (VFD, stepper motors, servo systems).
  • Skilled in designing, modifying, and assembling control panels (e.g., contactors, relays, timers).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, Serial RS232/RS485).
  • Good command of English and excellent knowledge of Arabic.
  • Proficiency in PC environments (Windows Embedded, Windows 10/11) and Office programs.
  • Familiarity with Win CC, PLC, TWIN CAD Software, Ladder Diagrams, Electrical Diagrams, Drivers and Motors.
  • Presentation skills and technical reporting expertise.
