Title:  IT Services Analyst-Market

Position Purpose:

Provide first level IT support & troubleshooting, implementation of all technical support activities for the Market entity of JTI Jordan.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Tracking hardware and software requirements and renewals.
• Supporting systems infrastructure development.
• Responsible of the security, safety and confidentiality of all information system environments.
• Coordinates IT activities with related local business organizations according to corporate IT objectives.
• Managing operation of Mobile Services (SIM Cards, Phones, Handheld devices, iPads).
• Supporting CCTV & GPS systems.

Experience:

-  4 years in a relevant position

- Education: A Bachelor's in an IT Major
