Position Brief:

The HRBP is responsible for providing strategic advice and councel to local management across a range of HR aspects, creating aligment between business objectives, employees and management in support of realizing the strategic business aims.
 

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Resourcing and Talent Attraction:
 - Provides input on workforce planning in alignment with local management.
 - Develop talent acquisition strategies and plans. Manage implmentation of the recruitment and selection activities.
 - Work with managers to ensure that new starters undergo appropriate and supportive induction.
 - Design Employe Branding interventions that is line with the global direction.

 

Budgeting Support:
 - Support the annual cycle of budget planning.

 

Employee Communication and Relations:
 - Develop employee relations strategy, policy and practice.
 - Guardian of HR policies, including Employee Handbook.
 - Guardian of labour law.
 - Manage Employee Grievance process.

 

Employee Records:
 - Maintain employees records in SAP database, and employees' files.
 - Issue employees' contracts and letters.

 

Other HR Projects:
 - Employee Engagment Survey: Researches and measures employee engagement. Embed employee engagement interventions.
 - Awards preparation (TE, IIP)

 

Qualifications:

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivelant.

- 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably with a multinational corporation.

- Full proficiency in both English and Arabic
