The incumbent, will supervise the reception area and provide general office support with variety of clerical activities and travel desk services.


- Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally to maintain a professional image. Greet and direct the company guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner. Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (DHL, Fedex, Aramex...etc). Supervise the incoming/outgoing mail to/from all departments, ensure distribution of incoming mail and maintain proper records.

- Perfrom all purchasing of office supplies and receive the purchases (stationary, water, Hygenic materials…etc). Prepare and follow-up on all Purchase Requests that are related to admin services. Supervise the stores and distribution of office supplies to employees.

- Perform travel desk activities (hotel reservations, air tickets booking …etc). Contact vendors, receive quotations and ensure having the best rates for air tickets, hotels and office supplies. Prepare, maintain and update the list of of suppliers for all HR&Admin services.

- Checking invoices for all Admin related services (telecom, utilities, office supplies, travel desk …etc).



- University degree in Business Administration or equivilant

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position preferably with a multinational corporation

- Full profeciency in Ms Office

- Excellent Organizational skills, Excellent Follow-up skills, Excellent Negotiation skills
- Very good English Language

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time efficiently and to work with a diverse staff
