Assistant to Factory Lead
An employee in this position provides general and administrative support for the Factory Lead. This includes such tasks as translations, interpretation, arrangements of meeting schedules, special projects, and other tasks as required; prompt communication with cross-functional departments and contractors within the limits of duties
Responsibilities:
- Organize working schedule: prepares conferences and meetings, keeps up-to-date factory calendar, makes appointments, and tracks documentation signing
- Take minutes of meetings and provide follow-up as needed. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of meetings and calendars with management team members
- Organize management team regular meetings, takes minutes, keeps track of actions
- Assume responsibility for executing interpretations, oral and written translations, minutes keeping, follow up on decisions taken in meetings
- Prepare presentations: collects and processes the information for presentations, proof correspondence and reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business software
- Formalize business trip documents and render all the necessary support: ticket ordering, accommodation, cash allowances, mobile phones, etc. Prepares the reports on business trip expenses
- Observe the rules and norms of labor safety and production sanitation.
Requirements:
- University Degree
- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in a similar field is required
- Advanced English and Kazakh oral and written translation skills
- Regulations, standards, instructions, and documents related to bookkeeping
- The basis of office ethics and communication
- Good knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
