AGILE P&C BUSINESS PARTNER

 

What this position is about – Purpose:
 

The Agile P&C Business Partner plays a key role in supporting employee development and talent growth across Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and Mongolia (CAM). The position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of training and development systems, supporting global talent management initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. The role includes conducting training needs analysis, developing training strategies, managing local career development programs, and implementing solutions to strengthen professional and managerial capabilities within the organization.
 

What will you do – Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and update internal and external training programs based on organizational needs.
  • Organize and deliver learning sessions, workshops, and development activities for employees.
  • Conduct training needs analysis using performance evaluation data and functional skill gap assessments.
  • Manage the local career development program in coordination with global talent management approaches.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and engage with external training providers to ensure timely and relevant delivery of learning programs.
  • Analyze training and development data, prepare reports, and propose necessary system updates or improvements.
  • Plan and manage the training and development budget, aligning with organizational requirements and historical data.
  • Support the employee performance evaluation process by providing training and feedback tools.
  • Implement communication strategies related to training standards, methods, and development opportunities to ensure awareness and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, and fire safety requirements.
     

What we expect from you – Requirements:
 

  • Higher education (a background in personnel management is considered an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Fluent Russian; good command of Kazakh is preferred.
  • Excellent English (at least Advanced level).
  • Confident PC user; familiarity with SAP HR is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Employer’s standards for staff development and training
    • Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
    • Internal systems for performance evaluation and motivation
    • Procedures for working with training providers and financing training activities
    • Methods for analyzing the effectiveness of training
    • Key principles of agile approaches in business
    • Occupational health, safety, and fire protection standards.
