AGILE BRAND ASSOCIATE

 

The employee in this position is responsible for the operational execution of JTI KAZ&CAM RMC brand projects across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia. This role ensures the quality and timely delivery of initiatives defined by the RMC Portfolio team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support the Brand Manager in key marketing initiatives.
  • Manage development and deployment of projects including NPDs, consumer communication, and trade support materials across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia.
  • Monitor project performance, report metrics, and recommend strategic changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with JTI standards.
  • Prepare post-campaign analyses and reports, providing key learnings and recommendations.
  • Optimize budget allocation for brand activities and manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • University degree in Marketing preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, marketing, or project management roles, with a proven track record in cross-functional projects.
  • High level of English proficiency (minimum Upper-Intermediate).
  • Background in marketing (brand portfolio, trade/consumer channel) desirable.
  • Capable of open communication within and across functions.
  • Takes full ownership of assigned deliverables and values high-quality standards.
  • Results-oriented and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Able to handle multiple and complex projects with strong project management abilities.
