Position Purpose:

 

Project and continous improvemnet manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all capital investment projects, including repairs, new construction, technology upgrades, and farm projects.

This role maintain budget and schedule planning. Prepare business approval process and engineering studies for factory and farm projects.

Control technical specifications, evaluate bids, and prepare contracts. Identify and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Document Preparation: Prepare technical and financial documents for capital projects, including BAP requests and approvals.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee all project phases from concept to completion, including specifications, bids, engineering, and installation.
  • Procurement Leadership: Manage procurement processes, control project execution, and provide updates in EAM.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports related to Capex projects.
  • Technical Support: Assist manufacturing and commissioning engineers with technical issues.
  • Supervision: Supervise project work and collaborate with other disciplines.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractor work and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement complex project management methods.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety requirements and procedures.
  • Labor Protection: Understand and implement measures for safe working conditions.
  • Safety Training: Participate in safety training and follow safety instructions.
  • Safety Behavior: Demonstrate safe behavior and report unsafe conditions.
  • Production Procedures: Follow production shop instructions and 5S3R program.
  • Fire Safety: Follow fire safety instructions and maintain a safe workplace.

People management

 

  • To lay down and execute management policies for the department he/she is assigned.
  • Upon obtaining appropriate authorization, to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, dismiss or assign employees reporting to him/her.

Other:

 

  • Performs other similar activities as instructed by the Engineering Manager.

 

 

Who Are We Looking For:

 

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Intermediate English, proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of company policies, EHS, and industrial standards.
