Corporate Affairs & Communications Associate (Entry Level)

Short-Term (12-months)

We are currently looking for a motivated talent to join the CA&C team on a 12-month short-term contract. If you are a proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for corporate affairs and communications, this opportunity is for you! 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

As a Corporate Affairs & Communications Associate, you will support the team in building a consistent and engaging external presence by helping plan, publish and monitor social media content. You will contribute to written and visual content for corporate materials and coordinate the logistics of external communication activities to ensure smooth execution. You will also assist with CSR initiatives and collaborate across functions to ensure aligned messaging. 

Responsibilities: 
Corporate Communications

  • Assist in drafting internal and external communications materials, including press releases, briefing notes, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Support the preparation of corporate messaging and content for digital channels and corporate platforms.
  • Conduct research on media coverage and industry trends to support communication strategies.
  • Support the organisation of CSR activities
  • Support in corporate event planning


Regulatory & Public Affairs

  • Conduct research & monitor regulatory developments, policy initiatives, and legislative updates relevant to the organization’s sector.
  • Prepare summaries and briefing notes on regulatory or policy developments.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams to track regulatory requirements and upcoming consultations.
  • Track industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging public affairs issues.

Stakeholder & Corporate Affairs Support

  • Support engagement with industry associations, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives where relevant.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Curiosity and interest in corporate affairs/communications and public policy/regulatory topics. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for content creation and management. 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
