Sales Analyst Angola & DRC

What this position is about – Purpose

This role provides sales insights that support decision-making, improve performance, and drive business results. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams while applying market trends and the latest analytics tools.

Main areas of responsibility:

• analyse sales performance, trends, customer segments, product results, and channel effectiveness.
• Create dashboards, performance reports, KPI updates, forecasts, and data-driven models for stakeholders.
• Provide sales teams with actionable insights, incentive tracking, and promotion performance analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting tools, automation, CRM optimization, and user adoption.
• Support market research, benchmarking, and external data analysis.

Who we are looking for – Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or commercial planning.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Power Apps.
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, such as Salesforce or SAP, is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
