Enterprise Risk Management Manager (f/m/d)
Why does this role exist?
The ERM Manager strengthens JTI’s Enterprise Risk Management capability through a pragmatic and synthetic approach to data collection and analysis. The role supports the continuous enhancement of risk practices and the delivery of executive-ready reporting by transforming complex and multiple risk inputs into clear, decision‑relevant insights.
- Analyze and synthesize internal and external risk information to provide insights on key enterprise risks, trends, and emerging topics
- Work closely with global and regional experts to refine risk frameworks, indicators, and mitigation approaches
- Support risk self‑assessment processes and translate outcomes into clear leadership‑level communications
- Prepare high‑quality presentations and briefings for senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Represent Enterprise Risk Management in cross‑functional initiatives and professional risk communities
- A graduate‑level education in business, finance, economics, risk management, engineering, or data‑related fields
- Several years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategy, or analytical roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity
- Ability to evolve in a no-routine / no-template job where problem solving mindset, iterations for continuous enhancement and attention to detail matter
- Advanced spreadsheets and data-handling capabilities, with openness to AI productivity tools and familiarity with collaborative digital workflows e.g. Power Automates. Power BI knowledge considered a plus
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
