Corporate Sustainability Manager
As we continue to accelerate our sustainability journey, we are looking for a Corporate Sustainability Manager to contribute across our key strategic sustainability priorities. In this role, you will lead sustainability projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and support the integration of sustainability into business decision-making and operations. Through your expertise and project leadership, you will help advance our ambitions across Innovating Product, Empowering People, and Protecting Planet, creating long-term value for our business and society.
Position
In this role you will:
• Lead medium to high complexity sustainability projects across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Foster an agile mindset and actively embrace new ways of working
• Provide expertise within sustainability projects and share knowledge with project peers
• Support the development of colleagues through collaboration and knowledge transfer
• Participate in projects outside core expertise to broaden capabilities and contribute to cross-functional objectives
• Analyze sustainability-related data and provide insights that support decision-making
• Coordinate and influence stakeholders around common sustainability goals
• Manage additional tasks and projects as requested by the manager
Requirements
- Proven experience with cross-functional projects and teams
- Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to plan, set milestones, prioritize and handle multiple tasks, make and meet commitments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to visualize data, make it understandable and provide insights for decision-making
- Good standing and assertiveness, with excellent teamwork attitude and proven ability to influence, coordinate and mobilize teams around common goals
- An ‘outcome-focused’ mindset, coupled with understanding of how agile ways of working can deliver value
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and AI fluency
- Ability to travel
