Postion purpose :

Maintain reliable, efficient, and safe operation of assigned utilities equipment, within defined procedures and safety requirements, via implementing IWS Standards, and implementing assigned DMS (Daily Management Systems), by sustaining basic conditions, applying Autonomous Maintenance standards, and monitoring for abnormalities to trigger timely reporting/escalation, reduce losses, and support continuous improvement.

Functional skills:

Hands‑on utilities Operation and Maintenance competence across: HVAC (including chillers/AHU interfaces as applicable), central vacuum stations and distribution lines, central compressed air systems (compressors/dryers/filters) and distribution loops, steam boiler systems and steam/condensate networks, and dedusting / dust filtration systems.
Ability to monitor, trend, and interpret key parameters (pressure / temperature / flow / energy where applicable) and recognize abnormal conditions early.
Ability to follow and apply OEM operating/maintenance instructions, including checking the original manual version when clarity is needed and escalating/communicating with OEM technical support.
Consistent execution of assigned IWS DMS escalation routines; supports loss prevention and continuous improvement through standard adherence.
Strong discipline in structured documentation and handover notes to ensure reliable tracking of checks, defects, and actions in the designated system(s).
Strong safety and compliance mindset, teamwork, and clear communication across shifts and with maintenance/engineering stakeholders.

Tasks and Duties:

Routine checks & start-up/shutdown
Conduct routine equipment checks and perform start-up/shutdown procedures while ensuring equipment is maintained in basic condition (clean, inspected, and controlled).

Execute assigned IWS DMS routines (CIL/CL/DH)
Execute assigned IWS Daily Management Systems (DMS) routines, including Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication (CIL), Centerline (CL) adherence, and Defect Handling (DH), ensuring timely identification and escalation of abnormalities.

Monitor parameters & first-level action
Monitor key operating parameters (pressure, temperature, flow, and energy where applicable) and take first-level action on deviations within procedures. Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Documentation & data reliability
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities, defects, and checks in the designated system(s), ensuring data reliability for daily management and decision-making.

Support loss prevention and continuous improvement by identifying and reporting abnormalities/defects in top loss areas, supporting prioritization through DDS routines, and contributing to countermeasures/standard updates to prevent recurrence.
