Strategic Insights Associate

This role supports data-driven decision-making by turning consumer, market and competitive insights into actionable recommendations. Working closely with the Strategic Insights Manager, you will contribute to strategic planning, portfolio optimization and pricing initiatives that drive commercial success.

Position:

• Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable consumer, market and competitive insights.
  
  
• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring consumer and market research projects.
  
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
  
  
• Support strategic planning and forecasting through data analysis and scenario modeling.
  
  
• Contribute to pricing strategy development, simulations and portfolio optimization initiatives.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure insights support business objectives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within insights, analytics or commercial planning.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a big plus.
  
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
