Palestine Sales Manager
As Palestine Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in turning commercial strategy into strong market execution and sustainable growth across Palestine. In this role, you will lead the coordination of sales operations, drive distribution expansion and ensure that our products reach consumers efficiently across all cities. Working closely with distributors, cross-functional teams and you will help deliver our commercial objectives while navigating a complex and dynamic operating environment. This role reports to the Palestine Sales Director.
Position:
- Support the Palestine Sales Director in engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, collaboration and seamless execution of commercial and operational priorities.
- Manage sales operations across Palestine, ensuring effective daily execution and operational coverage across all cities while preparing sales, stock and 1-2-1 activity reports, as well as sales forecasts.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets through dynamic commercial strategies and customized target setting for wholesalers. Monitor in-market stock levels and IMS performance to proactively prevent out-of-stock situations, while expanding distribution and increasing warehouse coverage to maximize product availability and visibility.
- Closely monitor daily field operations, with particular focus on ensuring TMR safety during periods of high-risk military activity in the market. Conduct regular visits across all cities to ensure strong execution and performance standards.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales and stock reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely escalation of operational or commercial risks.
- Conduct monthly 1-2-1 performance reviews and oversee the execution and tracking of marketing activities. Monitor performance against marketing objectives, support weekly review meetings with internal marketing teams and distributor counterparts and ensure all initiatives align with the operational plan and broader business strategy.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be based in Palestine or willing to relocate.
- University Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, wholesale management, field visit.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.

Analytical & Commercial Skills: Strong data analysis and performance reporting capabilities, including KPI monitoring and field intelligence gathering. Experience with Route-to-Market (RTM) design and optimization, Power BI dashboard interpretation and strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Leadership & Business Acumen: Proven project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with experience in leadership and team management. Solid understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks, as well as proficiency in relevant business technologies and tools.
