Process Lead
Join our team and take responsibility for coordinating key technical activities across assigned M&P production lines to support the achievement of our production targets and KPIs. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving continuous improvement, implementing IWS standards, and upholding high EHS and 5S3R expectations. You will have the opportunity to lead technical interventions and strengthen the technical capabilities of the operating teams. Position:
- Coordinate and sustain the daily technical operations of assigned production lines, ensuring completion of activities such as QUIP, rework, measurements, prototypes, and material trials, while providing accurate reporting aligned with Zero Loss Mindset.
- Monitor, analyze, and drive production performance, initiating immediate corrective actions to secure achievement of KPIs and resolve repetitive customer complaints.
- Lead and participate in improvement initiatives, including safety, production performance, NTM, tobacco yield, LE pillar activities, and PDCA-driven projects.
- Develop the technical capabilities of operating teams by identifying training needs, supporting skills-qualification processes, and strengthening Centerline and Changeover DMS routines. Additionally, apply change-management and problem-solving tools such as IPS and UPS.
- Implement technical tasks and improvement activities in line with superior’s directions, ensuring adherence to EHS standards, 5S3R, IWS structures (including DDS participation), and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
- Ensure strong EHS culture, conducting risk assessments, promoting safe behaviors, reporting incidents/near misses, and complying with IMS standards (EHS, Energy, Quality).
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: University Engineering degree and 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Quality Management, Manufacturing Performance, Process & Product Knowledge, Production Planning, Pest Management, Engineering/EHS understanding, Project Management, and basic Machine Operation.
- Digital & Language Skills: Advanced MS Office skills; excellent Arabic and good English proficiency.
- Leadership & Competencies: Strong team management capability, continuous improvement mindset, ability to coordinate technical activities, and readiness to manage additional tasks or projects as assigned.
