Logistics and NPD Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for execution and cross-functional collaboration? Join our dynamic team at JTI and play a key role in supporting logistics operations and launching new products across our OTP and RMC factories. Position:

• Import & Export Monitoring: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, compliant deliveries across sites.
  
  
• Freight & Customs Coordination: Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to avoid delays and minimize costs.
  
  
• Logistics Cost & KPI Support: Assist in freight invoice checking, logistics cost tracking and performance reporting.
  
  
• Shipping Optimization: Contribute to route and lead time optimization to support business needs.
  
  
• NPD Logistics Readiness: Ensure packaging, raw materials, systems and documentation are in place for new product launches.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Regulatory and other teams to ensure smooth logistics and NPD operations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or new product development (NPD), preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills.
  
  
• Experience with ERP systems - SAP is a strong plus.
