Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

The FP&A Specialist position supports the FP&A Managers in all financial planning cycles for Jordan, Palestine and Syria markets and conducts different types of analysis in support of management decision making. This requires a technical background in FP&A, deep understanding of the Core Tobacco business, coupled with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally; mainly with Marketing & Sales, Entity Finance, P&C, CA&A, Global Supply Chain (GSC) as well as with Global Verticalized Functions such as Tax, Treasury, GIP, & Warehousing.

Position:

• Accurate development and monitoring of the Annual & Strategic Plan (ASP), Latest Estimate (LE) & Outlook (OL) exercises in line with JTI reporting guidelines.
• Handling assigned duties in the Financial Reports including P&L, Volumes, OPEX, marketing spend, Balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
• Support in validating month end closing financials with the accounting department.
• Support entity planning and Free Cash Flow (FCF) submission for Jordan, Palestine & Syria markets.
• Providing cross functional support to all different departments within JTI Jordan though solid financial input for business initiatives and financial models enabling Investments tracking (Marketing, OPEX, CAPEX).

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting and a CMA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years preferably in a similar position within an international environment, FMCG.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP HANA and other EPR experience, Financial Modelling (IBP is a plus).
• Excellent knowledge of Financial & Management Accounting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English communication and written skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
